RETURN POLICY
You may return International Drivers Licenses Translation Document issued by MyWorldLicense.com within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Please insure to provide Booklet and ID card with copy of postmark or Sigend FEDEX recipt date.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you should contact us immediately by email or call 800-420-9409.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing book or ID.
- Any product missing the serial number or scratched or with removed security hologram.
Disputes
MyWorldLicense.com wants every order to go as smoothly as possible, but in rare cases, disputes will occur.
Since the issuing agreement is between the customer and the issuer, MyWorldLicense.com cannot intervene in the event of a dispute.
